Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The actual electricians were great but we were told that because we were using a preexisting outlet it would be cheaper to run the line for a gate motor during install. When we got the invoice it was the same quoted value despite using the preexisting plug. The owner responded rudely and stated he was already taking a loss on this project and to pay the invoice at our earliest convenience. Not only is the exterior box now an eye sore, it didn't even save money. It is unacceptable not to all be on the same page. The owner clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. We will not use this company ever in the future. And we will be letting everyone we know, know they are a poor value and care more about their bottom line than following through on what they promise.
